Education process includes lectures and laboratory activities are supported by comprehensive facilities, namely:
Education and Research Facilities
- Comfortable class rooms, small and large types on campus Bogor Agricultural University Darmaga.
- Laboratory for practical activities, response or research which is complete and modern, namely the animal breeding unit (beef cattle, dairy, poultry, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits and various animal models), slaughterhouse, animal product processing units (milk, meat, eggs, honey), animal waste and by-product treatment unit, carcass evaluation units (cattle, sheep, pigs), the unit of organoleptic analysis, microbiological testing units, units of molecular analysis, computer labs, and business units.
Supporting Facilities
Department of APT supported by some public facilities that are used in conjunction with the Department of Nutritional and Feed Technology (DNFT) or other departments outside the Faculty of Animal Science, such as auditorium, cafeteria, library and hot spots access which can be reached throughout the Department of APT. Also available sports facilities such as gymnasium, basketball court, and tennis, as well as parking space.
