Head of Department :
Chairman of the department has the main task in the work plan and program department, assign tasks and evaluate the Department in conducting lectures , research and empowerment to the people in accordance with applicable regulations , evaluate and improve the quality of implementation of lectures , research and empowerment to the community , as well as the annual operating cost plan based on existing regulations . In particular, the Chairman of the Department of handling external issues .
Secretary of Department :
Secretary of the department has the main duty to assist the Department Chair in preparing plans and work programs of the Department, provide and evaluate assignments in the Department in conducting lectures , research and empowerment to the public in accordance with applicable regulations , evaluate and improve the quality of implementation of lectures , research and empowerment to community , as well as annual operating costs plan based on existing regulations . In particular secretary of the department dealing with the administration and internal departments .
Graduate Program Coordinator :
Duties and functions of the coordinator is to manage the academic and administrative activities of major graduate student programs and courses IPTP Department of Animal Science phasing out .
Education Quality Assurance Commission :
EQA Commission serves to facilitate , monitor and evaluate the implementation process of learning and teaching under the auspices DIPTP together with program managers , in addition to the commission EQA implement undergraduate final exam. The Commission is expected always proactive and innovative perform continuous updates in the field of services to the needs of faculty and students in teaching and learning activities that will achieve efficiency and productivity in producing high -quality undergraduate. System monitoring and evaluation of the teaching-learning process needs to be improved and refined over time .
Commission on Student Affairs
Student Commission serves to facilitate , monitor and evaluate the activities of the students , especially the non-curricular activities that support academic activities such as student associations profession . In addition, the commission also needs to work to improve the scientific quality of students through efforts to increase student participation in following scientific competitions and other scientific forums . As a part of the community, students should also be introduced to the public as early as possible through a variety of social activities , for example in the form of rural community development.

The head section has the duty and authority as follows :
- coordinate the preparation of plans and programs to develop the science part ;
- coordinate in accordance with the mandate of developing a science section ;
- plan for the preparation of plans for scientific development costs as part of the AABP Department ;
- fostering and directing faculty in the development of science ;
- assist the Department Chair in the conduct of academic and scientific development in accordance with the mandate of the department .
