Oleh karena itu, banyak dosen-dosen IPTP yang juga tergabung sebagai staff ahli yang tergabung dalam <strong><em>Halal Science Center <\/em>(HSC) IPB University<\/strong>. Kemudian, salah satu aktivitas utama dalam lembaga tersebut adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada para calon-calon juru sembelih sehingga memenuhi standar minimal serta aturan bahwa produk-produk peternakan yang dihasilkan adalah halal. Kali ini, dua orang staff dosen IPTP yaitu <strong>Dr. Ir.<\/strong> <strong>Henny Nuraini, M.Si <\/strong>dan<strong> Mohammad Baihaqi, S.Pt., M.Si<\/strong> diminta mewakili HSC untuk melatih dan melakukan uji kompetensi terhadap para peserta calon juru sembelih halal unggas yang merupakan kerjasama antara HSC-IPB dengan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Kelautan dan Pertanian Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Alhamdulillah kegiatan tersebut berjalan dengan lancar pada <strong>tanggal 5-7 Maret 2024 <\/strong>di<strong> Rumah Potong Hewan Unggas (RPHU) Rawa Kepiting, Jakarta Timur.<\/strong> Selamat dan sukse selalu untuk <strong>Dr. Ir. Henny Nuraini, M.Si, Mohammad Baihaqi, S.Pt., M.Si dan Tim HSC-IPB<\/strong>.
